Lay-up : Unit construction for cables more than 25 pairs. Concenteic for cables up to 25 pairs.
Filling Compound : The interstices between the pair are filled with a filling compound
Core-covering : Non-hygroscopic dielectric tape
Shield : Plastic coated Aluminium tape, thickness 0.2 mm laid on with overlap. The aluminium taps is corrugated for every size of cables.
Armour : Steel tape, thickness 0.15 mm laid on eith overlap the steel tape is corrugated for every size of cables.
Flooding Compound : The interstices between non-hygroscopic tape, shield,armour, and sheath are filled with a flooding compound.
Sheath : Polyethylene (Black)
